Your role

The Business Reporting and Governance vertical helps to deploy and deliver robust tracking mechanisms for SLA/KPI or any other operations on a day-to-day basis. The Reporting team works on daily reports required by senior leadership and helps deliver the requirements in a timely and accurate manner with business insights.

Roles and responsibilities:

• You will also have to have the ability to transform them into visualized tools and databases so that more insights can be driven for leadership teams.
• The focus in this role will be on using Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting. 
• In this role, you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
• Your primary interaction is within your team and your direct supervisor
• In this role, you will be given detailed instructions on all tasks
• The decisions that you make impact your work and are closely supervised
• You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work
• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
