Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Collaborate with the India leadership team to improve systems and reduce defects.
• Analyze data and interact with cross-functional teams.
• Recommend and pilot improvements for customer service enhancement.
• Manage and lead a team in fulfillment centers, sort centers, or delivery stations.
• Drive staffing plans, quality initiatives, and process changes.
• Ensure best practices are shared across departments and shifts.
• Address operational and personnel issues effectively.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering (excluding CS and Circuit branches).
• Proficiency in Excel, including Macros/Look-ups.
• Coursework in supply chain management, production planning, and control.
• Basic knowledge of Kaizen and LEAN methodologies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
