Your role

An Analyst focuses on effective oversight of Client Offboarding pipelines generated from the Bank’s static data systems and infrastructure. Processing the requests on the various systems as per the process guidelines. Investigate open items and resolve them as required. Escalate unresolved open items per departmental policy.

Key Responsibilities

Process:

  • Review and analyze Offboarding process and workflow.
  • Ensuring the processing guidelines (KOP) are followed with diligence.
  • Monitoring the mailboxes in terms of processing and queries.
  • Participating in employee engagement activities.
  • Ensuring the mandatory training is completed within the time.
  • Leaves and breaks need to plan in line with process deliverables, ensuring timely updates on HR-  Workday.
  • Meet productivity target of 100% and makes sure the 2-eye processing is completed with accuracy.
  • Ensure effective participation in team huddles and contribution in regular meetings.

Control:

  • Following the OffBoarding processes and policies as per Global OffBoarding standards.
  • Owning the issues and escalating the same wherever it is required to resolve them on priority.

Change:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention.
  • To work in the direction of finding gaps within the process and finding process improvement ideas.

About you

Education/Skills:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field.
  • 0 to 2 years of work experience in corporate Banking.
  • Basic knowledge of Fixed income cash & derivatives Financial Products and financial instruments including Futures, Options, and Swaps.
  • Microsoft Office/Suite proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be able to work well and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure that all work is delivered, and meets the agreed production standards, and SLA timeframes.
  • Adherence to STARC standards and procedures and ensuring that there are no lapses or gaps in control.
  • Keep team management informed of the status of cases and proactively identify and flag issues.
  • Creating the EOD (Log reports) for the transactions processed daily.
  • Should be flexible in working hours, also should be able to support in different time zones on a rotational basis.
  • Ability to create workable solutions to business problems. To think creatively, work independently, and take end-to-end ownership.
  • Able to work under pressure and against challenging timescales.
