Your role

Your key responsibilities

• Responsible for the accurate and timely production of daily SLA
• Prepare daily MIS
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral & written) & strong interpersonal skills
• Well organized & able to present results of work.
• Passion for change and confidence in own abilities.
• Need to work as per the guidelines/procedures set by the business.
• Responsible for understanding clients’ needs from a technical and operational perspective.
• Ensure strict adherence to all internal and external process guidelines including compliance and legal.
• Should be flexible working in different shifts.
• Be comfortable & willing to drive process improvement. Ensure support for managing internal projects/initiatives.
• Regular connect with stakeholders to ensure smooth quality delivery and new learning
• Good Time management skills. Timely response to all clients’ queries.
• Escalate all issues properly, in time, and to the appropriate level, to avoid any adverse impact on the business.

Salary & benefits

The annual salary for this role can range from INR 4.0 Lakhs to INR 5.5 LPA. (Source: Ambition Box). Deutsche Bank provides the following benefits.

About you
