Your role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Acts as Executive Legal for PES-IC, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver quality legal support.
• Trains internal stakeholders on legal nuances.
• Negotiates effectively and adapts to changing business needs.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

• A law degree from a reputed institution such as NLUs, Symbiosis, or Delhi University.
• 0-2 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law.
• Strong negotiation skills and adaptability.
• Integrity and the ability to work under stress while maintaining calm.
• Networking skills and persuasiveness.
• Initiative and a continuous learning mindset.
