Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Monitors client infrastructure and solutions.
• Identifies and resolves problems and errors.
• Investigates first-line incidents and determines root causes.
• Provides telephonic or chat support to clients.
• Executes maintenance activities like patching and configuration changes.
• Reports and escalates incidents as necessary.
• Updates and creates knowledge articles.
• Supports project work and disaster recovery functions as needed. 

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• CCNA or equivalent certification.
• Entry-level experience in network/data center/systems administration.
• Proficiency in network management tools and protocols.
• Strong communication skills across diverse cultures.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
