Junior Microsoft Engineer (Start ASAP)

Join NTT DATA as a Cloud Managed Services Engineer (L1) to support and optimize clients' cloud environments.

Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Monitors client infrastructure and solutions.
• Identifies and resolves cloud-based incidents and service requests.
• Provides first-line support for standard and low complexity issues.
• Executes maintenance activities like patching and configuration changes.
• Reports and escalates incidents as necessary.
• Updates and creates knowledge articles.
• Supports project work and disaster recovery functions when required.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computing or equivalent experience.
• Relevant certifications in cloud services.
• Entry-level experience in Windows/Linux Server Administration and Virtualization.
• Basic knowledge of management agents and redundancy concepts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
