Your role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Monitors client infrastructure and solutions.
- Identifies and resolves problems and errors.
- Investigate first-line incidents and determine root causes.
- Provides telephonic or chat support to clients.
- Executes maintenance activities like patching and configuration changes.
- Reports and escalates incidents as necessary.
- Updates and creates knowledge articles.
- Supports project work and disaster recovery functions as needed.
About you
Candidates should possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computing or equivalent experience.
- CCNA or equivalent certification.
- Entry-level experience in network/data center/systems administration.
- Proficiency in network management tools and protocols.
- Ability to work across different cultures and under pressure.
