Your role

• Reports and escalates incidents as necessary.
• Updates knowledge articles and identifies opportunities for work optimization.
• May contribute to project work and disaster recovery functions.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• CCNA or equivalent certification.
• Entry-level experience in network/data center/systems administration.
• Skills in Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Cisco Nexus switches, and network management tools.
• Ability to work across different cultures and maintain a positive outlook.
