Network Engineer (Start ASAP)

Your role

Key responsibilities as follows

• Monitors client infrastructure and solutions.
• Identifies and resolves technical incidents and problems.
• Provides first-line support for standard and low complexity incidents.
• Executes maintenance activities like patching and configuration changes.
• Reports and escalates incidents as necessary.
• Updates knowledge articles and identifies opportunities for work optimization.
• Supports project work and disaster recovery functions as needed.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• CCNA or equivalent certification.
• Entry-level experience in network/data center/systems administration.
• Proficiency in network management tools and common routing protocols.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
