Your role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Monitors client infrastructure and solutions.
- Identifies and resolves problems and errors proactively.
- Investigate first-line incidents and determine root causes.
- Provides telephonic or chat support to clients.
- Executes maintenance activities like patching and configuration changes.
- Ensures service continuity through proper handover procedures.
- Reports and escalates incidents as necessary.
- Updates and creates knowledge articles.
- Identifies opportunities for work optimization and automation.
- May contribute to project work and disaster recovery functions.
About you
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computing or equivalent experience.
- CCNA or equivalent certification.
- Entry-level experience in network/data center/systems administration.
- Proficiency in Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Palo Alto, Fortinet Firewalls, Cisco Nexus switches, and other network tools.
- Ability to work across different cultures and under pressure.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
