Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Monitor transactions and merchants to identify and mitigate risks or fraud.
- Address transaction discrepancies and customer disputes promptly.
- Collaborate with partner banks and Cybercell to manage chargebacks and recover losses.
- Communicate with merchants and customers to resolve queries and concerns.
- Innovate processes to reduce risks and monetary losses.
About you
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's Degree.
- Freshers with knowledge of customer support apps or CRM systems like Freshdesk.
- Understanding of chargeback stages, penalties, and Visa/Mastercard guidelines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
