As a Business Operations Apprentice at S&P Global India, you will support various operational activities within the company. Your role will involve assisting with process improvements, data analysis, and project management tasks. You will work closely with different teams to ensure smooth business operations and contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of their services. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in business operations and a chance to develop valuable skills in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
Keep track of Software / Hardware costs / open headcount across Products and Job Families
High-quality data (Financial / Non-Financial Data) collation, analysis, extraction, and entering the data in work tools as per guideline specifications for assigned vertical
Maintain Spreadsheets of various types of financial spending.
Track the overall Hiring Spend and report on deficit and surplus.
Provide inputs and create a Presentation for Senior Leadership Connects
Provide stakeholders with relevant, accurate, and timely information.
Manage effective communications with all the stakeholders as needed.
Proactively enhance and improve existing / new processes and support the drive for efficiency/effectiveness.
Ensure that the resource utilization is tracked, updated to date, and reported correctly.
Supervise, Track, and Report Mandatory Compliance commitments.
About you
Qualifications
Non-tech fresh graduates/postgraduates i.e. MBA /BBA / B. Com / M. Com / B.Sc eco. / M.Sc Eco (Year of passing 2023 and 2024 only)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Strong in Microsoft Excel / Work and PowerPoint presentations
Knowledge of corporate finance/accountancy i.e., financial statements and annual reports is preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to navigate large/complex organizations.
Ability to independently own/lead assignments
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Able to obtain information from contributors to required deadlines and quality.
Willing to work late shifts, partially overlapping with US working hours
Willing to work in a Hybrid work environment
