Your role

As an intern with S&P Global DTS/TSG, you will undertake work on a real business project intended to add value to your team and their business, as well as provide you with a great learning opportunity.

Product Analysts work with their customers to support, help and provide guidance on products in the market.  As part of a high-performing team of Product Analysts, you will help customers on a day-to-day basis. You will also facilitate communication between their users and their Business and Kanban team members who manage and deliver solutions on these platforms. With your acute investigation, troubleshooting and communication skills, you will be championing support best practices and improving their user’s experience.

Key responsibilities include: 

• Liaison with end customers to Support and advance tool adoption.
• Assist the support team and Agile team with a focus on business needs and real value.
• Provide the team with ideas to continually improve not just their support processes but the solutions they deliver within their own Agile practices which add value to our customers.
• Share knowledge with peers and foster a cohesive self-organized team environment.
• Demo completed work to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with colleagues in design, product management, and systems architecture to develop solutions and bring great ideas to life.
• Researching and evaluating proposed digital security and business solutions for adherence.

• An aptitude to learn and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment,
• Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn new things, techniques, and technologies.
• The ability to build strong working relationships in a collaborative setting.
• Be legally eligible to work for the duration of the program in the country for which you apply.
