Your role

  • As an Apprentice Scrum Master, you'll be responsible for ensuring that the team is aligned with program objectives and making progress towards delivering them. You will assist the Scrum Master in facilitating discussions between the business and technology team members and coaching the Scrum team in Scrum practices.
  • Work with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization
  • Develop operational knowledge of business, IT, systems, and implementation processes 

Responsibilities

  • Assist in guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile / Scrum practices and values to delight customers
  • Assist in guiding the team on how to get the most out of self-organization
  • Coach the Development team in self-organization and cross-functionality
  • Help the Development team to create high-value products
  • Cause change that increases the productivity of the Scrum team
  • Escalates and tracks key team metrics
  • Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and streamlining information

About you

Basic Qualifications:

  • Fresher - B.Tech CSE / IT OR MCA OR M.Sc IT (Passing year 2023 OR 2024 only)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Fundamental understanding of Cloud concepts (AWS or Azure)
  • Relational databases and SQL
  • Knowledge of Object-oriented programming, memory management
  • Has a strong understanding of business systems processes, models, and design requirements as well as workflow design (SDLC)
  • Has strong knowledge of technical risks, workflow/business process analysis and engineering/quality processes and potential impact on other areas
  • Solve problems with detailed oversight or interaction
  • Solve routine problems and analyze possible solutions using standard procedures
  • Willing to work in a Hybrid mode of working

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Equivalent experience, Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) 
  • Azure DevOps
