Your role

Responsibilities:

  • Support on all aspects of ESG and Science communication requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data collection, tracking and record keeping.
  • Proactively research and gather market intelligence on the ESG landscape.
  • Update the website and social media with the latest ESG data.
  • Adept in research, fact check, proofreading and verification of information.
  • Take ownership of tasks and adhere to timelines.
  • Support the ‘Science Corner’ on the intranet by simplifying science for a larger audience group.
  • Develop technical blogs, news articles, and videos and manage the internal sign-off process.
  • Preparation for ESG Council meetings and taking notes.

About you

Strengths:

  • Good communication skills in English – written and spoken (Versant level C).
  • Flair for writing and drafting error-free documents, ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Ability to think on their feet and come up with creative ideas.
  • A ‘can do and collaborative attitude.
  • Good documentation and planning skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Must be well versed with MS Suite.
  • Ability to design creatives/edit videos (good to have, not a must-have).

Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in chemistry, physics or life sciences. 
  • Post-graduation in Mass Communications (desirable but not mandatory).
