Your role

• Basic understanding of chemistry and knowledge of different types of reactions.
• Performing lab experiments and interpretation skills on analytical data like NMR, Mass etc.
• LNB writing skills and preservation of the records as per the requirement
• Anticipate scale-up challenges and identify possible areas of improvement towards process robustness
• Knowledge of scale-up - pilot plant and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of document compliance to cGMP batches.
• OOT, OOS and deviation closure - basic knowledge
• Process excellency, de-bottlenecking to retrofit/capacity enhancement and cost reduction
• Lab safety practices and knowledge on fire hydrants, masks etc.
• Working in shifts depends on the requirement
• Project update and client communication
• Preparation of campaign report and investigation report
