Your role

• Attend various project business forums.
• Coordinate impact assessments across the Division and Value Streams for all projects attending business forums and agreeing on an engagement plan with representatives from different areas. ·
• Identify Divisional delivery risks or issues and raise them at Business Forums.
• Ensuring change is delivered safely with minimal disruption, in support of the project.
• Define the approach documenting internal stakeholders, governance forums, and communication approach for Division/Value Stream.
• Build relationships with the PM/BA of impacted projects.
• Communicate project changes/updates to Divisional stakeholders through regular reporting and Working Groups.
• Utilise new or existing tools & methodology (e.g., Teams, Agile, FastPath, JIRA, Microsoft Planner, Yammer, CMT etc.)
